A Senior Sous Chef is required for this destination British Grill and dining restaurant located in the bustling heart of the west end of London. The new team at the helm are looking to put this restaurant firmly at the top of the game with classic simple best of British flavours delivered with a modern take.

The Senior Sous Chef needs to be passionate about food and the industry and wants to progress and learn from the high standards that are set in this kitchen. The Head Chef has worked in some of the top kitchens in London and the world so is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Sous Chef to take the reins in this busy and innovative kitchen.
Your back ground should be from a 3AA Rosette, Michelin or equivalent for a minimum of 3 years in a similar establishment and a good knowledge of fresh seasonal ingredients. Only candidates with a solid career progression on their CV will be considered.
As Senior Sous Chef you will need be able to work alongside the head chef and be involved with all facets of food production including P&L, Staffing and good knowledge of coshh, Health and Safety and HACCPS is essential.
The salary for Sous Chef is £31,000+ depending on experience.
