Head chef wanted for this high end market leading event company. The event company specialize in smaller events. From launch parties, sit down dinners, weddings and functions. The emphasis is on artisian produced ingredients cooked to perfection and therefore looks and tastes delicious.

Head chefs will therefore come from a high end restaurant and or hotel background where attention to detail are paramount and consistency and replication are a must. Head Chefs will be working with a brigade of around 8 and sometimes more.

The owners have worked hard and are very hands on with the product so Head chefs should also be great communicators as well as the finished article when it comes to managing the entire kitchen.
The role is a very attractive one with the company developing all the time, so dealing with in house catering for some clients as well as some projects around the world.

Head chefs will have a free reign to source new suppliers as well as push boundaries with new dishes, ideas and the creative side of the kitchen.

The company is all ready extremely well known and has a fantastic reputation so the right Head Chef will be stepping in to a solid platform. The owners are looking for someone to bring some inspiration from a high level background but also be a well rounded individual.

The role is not just for an exceptional cook and or an office based pen pusher who delegates. Chef's should have consistent backgrounds and be the finished article.

You must also have a good understanding and interest in various cuisines and cultures as the role does require modern approaches to world cuisine.
