A TASTE OF INDIA MASTERCLASS, WITH MICHELIN-STARRED CHEF ATUL KOCHHAR

Acclaimed chef Atul Kochhar shares his expertise behind Indian cooking. Set in Atul Kochhar’s Benares restaurant chefs can enjoy a day discovering how to create Michelin-starred Indian dishes which bring the flavours of the east together with modern British style. Watch as Atul demonstrates specific techniques and reveals how to get the best of classic and contemporary Indian menus using the freshest ingredients and stunning flavours.

Format of event:

• Registration with coffee, tea and pastry breakfast.
• 45-60 minute demonstration and Q&A session with Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar.
• Glass of champagne and the chance to speak with the chef and your fellow members.
• 4-course bespoke lunch with wine matching.
• Coffee, final questions/comments.
